A few time a week I lose wifi connection on my new iMac. Other devices still have connectivity (iphone, ipad, ipod) all still are connected. I tried shutting down and restarting iMac but still no connectivity. In order to back connectivity I have to power down the router and iMac then power back up. What should I do to keep connectivity on the iMac?
To add to rkaufmann87's remarks on Antivirus One if you're looking for an add blocker try Adblock or Ghostery. They can be added thru the Extensions setting pane of Safari.

I purchased a new, more secure router (TP-Link Archer AXE75 WiFi 6E) and now have a problem connecting to the internet with this one. The older one connects OK but shows a low security message. I ran a network diagnostic and generated the attached file. Any ideas about what I should try to connect with this new router would be appreciated. This is about the same iMac as my previous problem. Your problem is Antivirus One.app was never fully uninstalled correctly. Please download FindAnyFile and have it search with all your drives for anything that contains:
then move those to the Trash and empty the Trash.

I have a similar problem every single time my laptop goes to sleep mode, although I do not have to power down or restart either my MacBook Pro and definitely not my router. I only have to reconnect to the WiFi. All of the support threads I found were 2 or 3 years old.
