Retrieving overwritten WhatsApp backup

I think my whatsapp backup is overwritten by nil backup, because of this when Im trying to reinstall whatsapp, Its not showing me the backup to restore. There is a really important data is the back. How can I access the old backup to get my messages back?

How to restore previous whatsapp backup from icloud? Recently, I had to reinstall whatsapp on my Iphone XS Max. Before that, I made a full backup using Whatsapp to icloud storage. Then, I reinstalled whatsapp and accidentally I made a new backup overwriting previous whatsapp backed up on icloud.
