Keynote: possible to record a slideshow presentation while it's in Window view?

I'm quite familiar with all aspects of Keynote, but I'm trying to do something I've never done, and that's record a slideshow while it's in Window mode (vs taking up both monitors). I'm wanting to do this so that I can get access to an audio recording in another app and be able to see both apps on my dual monitors at the same time. Is that possible to do? Or is the only way to record a slideshow when it's taking up the entire screen? Thanks for ideas.

(Keynote v13.2 running Sonoma 14.4 on M1 Mini.)
