Ghost iCloud Tabs are back again

iCloud Tabs won’t go away even after days of being closed. Trying to delete them doesn’t work either, they’ll come back after a while. This is just an unacceptable bug that has existed for so long. How do people that work at Apple let this happen again and again?

Once again I have to turn off iCloud Tabs on Safari because I don’t want to see week old tabs as if they were open on another device. I think they just want Safari to be terrible after all.
