Smart Albums 2 not working

Thank you for reaching out to us! So SmartAlbums 2 is an older version of the software that we no longer support, as it's been officially retired for a little over four years now, which would likely explain the issue you're experiencing.

Due to this reason, we can not promise that the SmartAlbums 2 software will continue to function optimally, especially as newer computer versions become available with updated technological systems. Since SmartAlbums 2 has not been updated in a few years, it's now become obsolete.

We always recommend upgrading to the latest version of SmartAlbums so you can access the newest updates available. Additionally, we are constantly improving SmartAlbums to help provide more tools to help with the album creation process, as well as ensure that the latest version is always equipped with cutting-edge technology to deliver optimal performance and reliable systems to help you save time when creating your designs. Wow-- $30/month! Looked nice, but, wow.
