There is this N64 Emulator website I use that is called https://www.neilb.net/n64wasm/ When I put in the game file it runs much slower than before I updated to 17.4. I have a Ipad 8th generation. I am certain it is the update not the website or anything else. Was there any changes in 17.4 that were not stated about safari or Webkit Feature Flags?

Other than the site Moderators, Apple neither monitor nor participate within these forums. If you are hoping that Apple will see and respond to your query posted here, you will be sadly disappointed.
You are describing an issue with a third-party website - and, more specifically, an emulator. Issues of this nature are often a problem with the website itself - over which Apple has absolutely no control or influence.
Have you tried using a different browser App with your iPad. In addition to the native Safari browser, there are many alternatives to choose from - including Firefox, Chrome and others.
I been thinking it could be a problem with the RAM usage in safari. In Google Slides, when I copy and paste elements, the pasting takes much longer than before I updated to 17.4. It usually takes about 5+ seconds for something to paste.
A little more info: I already contacted the main developer of the website so that person is figuring it out. I came on here to see if any people from apple can help potentially.
Is there any other way to get this fixed than relying on Apple?
I would much like using safari instead because it has the ability to add the website to your home screen, because it is a PWA.
