Hello everyone, I have a problem after updating to iOS 17.4, after a day the microphone stopped working when calling, if I record voice messages, everything works, if I talk on the speakerphone, everyone works too, what should I do? Do I have one of those?

even i am facing same issue post updating to 17.4
mic works all fine except for phone calls
if on speaker Mic somehow works fine
Does this issue still persists post 17.4.1 update?
