Mac mini M2 Pro triple monitor setup (3 screens)

Hey!

I want to use my Mac mini M2 Pro with 3 displays as 2 are not enough for my work.

1. I searched the web and found an original Apple article that says that Mac mini M2 Pro supports triple screen setup. Here's the link: How many displays can be connected to Mac mini - Apple Support.
2. After that I bought a third display. I use same AOC 24V5CE Full HD units.
3. My first display was connected via HDMI and the second one via USB-C to USB-C cable. Everything worked fine.
4. I plugged in my third display to a free usb-c port on the back of my Mac mini, but it didn't turn on. When I unplugged my second display, the third one immediately turned on which means that the display itself, the cables and the port work perfectly fine. But when I plugged my second screen back it wouldn't turn on too.
5. What I tried to make all 3 displays work:
   1. Swapped USB-C cables between ports so displays were connected to ports: (1, 2), (1, 3), (1, 4), (2, 3), (2, 4) and none of the combos worked.
   2. I wrote a message to Apple Support, they asked me all the starter questions to check all my cables and displays etc. After 30 minutes of those steps they finally told me to try to start my Mac in safe mode, which didn't help either.

Here's the decision:

1. Plug out all the displays
2. Plug in your USB-C displays first
3. Only after that plug in your HDMI display.

So easy!!! Huge thanks to that man. Wonder why Apple itself doesn't know about that issue and can't help resolve it.
