Strange entry in my -> Location Services. What is it?

Hey. I'm from Europe. Just updated my old ios 15.3 (Iphone 11) to the newest 17.4 and discovered a strange entry in my location services (Settings-> Privacy&Security-> Location Services (on)). There is now something called "CoreSuggestions.framework". It doesn't have an icon as all other items listed under Location Services. When you click on it you will get 2 options "Never" and "When I share". It appeared after the ios update was made couple of days ago. I did not install any new apps but deleted some new ones which showed up after updating the ios. Watched some yt videos and did not see anybody to have such entry listed under location services. What can it be? Can somebody help? Iss it a system bug or something? Thanks in advance!
