How do I remove my payment information?
it wort let me remove my credit card because it says i gave an active subscription but i dont

If you had a previous subscription that you cancelled, it is still active until the term of the subscription ends. It won't be renewed, but it is still active. You can contact Apple directly to stop the subscription immediately, but you may no longer be able to use the service that you subscribed to.
