Notifactions not working

My iPhone 12 mini is not getting regular notifications, specifically Apple News and Gmail apps. I have News and Gmail set to deliver quietly. Other apps that push notifications still alert (Carrot Weather and iMessage). I've tried restarting my phone several times, I've turned notifications for these apps off and back on again, I've installed the new update and still no News or Gmail notifications.

Not receiving notifications on my iPhone after updating to iOS 18.3.1 After updating my iPhone 13 to software 18.3.1 I stopped receiving notifications from multiple apps: Whatsapp, Messenger, Gmail etc. I haven't changed any settings, I don't have scheduled summary on, restarted my phone a few times and the problem persists.
