How can I to Convert WAV to MP3 on Mac computer?

This is a universal, and free method using ffmpeg library:

If you don't have ffmpeg, you can install with https://brew.sh

I use a free Mac app called Adapter. I can convert Image, Audio and Video files to a variety of formats. Its got a good Mac-like UI and has some options for export. Its great, been using for years without issue. I do multimedia for a living so I'm doing format conversions all the time
