iOS 17.4 will not update on iPhone 14 Pro

iOS 17.4 Will Not Update

I have deleted the update file and restarted my phone. I have reset my network settings. I have done these several times and it still gets stuck on “preparing update.” I have plenty of storage and an iPhone 14 Pro. Any suggestions?

update was Update not verified due to no internet connection When I try to update my IPhone 11 from iOS 16.0 to 16.0.2 I got a message that update was not verified due to no internet connection. I am connected to wifi and cellular data, tried resetting the network settings, restarting the phone, via iTunes on PC - nothing worked.

I have the same thing on my Apple XR.
