My emails that are being sent to the private relay email address are not being forwarded to my regular email. The "forward to" address is correct. What do I need to do in order to see these emails?

Probably not private relay, as that’s a means to obfuscate your web activity.

You’ve tried searching for a likely name or keyword from the missing mail message within the mail app, too?
If the mail message is not found, that usually means the message was either not sent, or that the message or the sending mail server was extremely spammy, then.
