Iphone 15 Plus Ringtone is low

When getting a call on my iPhone 15 Plus the ring tone is low.

You can turn up the ringtone by goo to Settings - Sounds And Haptics

the first thing you see will be a slide dial where you can turn up the ringtone to you liking.

The volume of the ring tone is set to the highest range , yet the tone when receiving a call was low.

I did turn on the notification button with announcing also who is calling and it seems to help higher the volume of the ring tone. Strange but at at least it's working.
