Problem adding payment method
Every time I try adding the payment method it shows that your phone number must have 3 digits area code .
And I have provided the area code but it shows the same problem again and again

Adding a payment method does not require an area code, which is the first 3 digits of a US phone number. Are you sure that is what it is asking for? Normally it requires a CVV, which is a 3 digit code on the back of the card (except for AmEx, which is 4 digits).
