Series 9 causing arm pain

I purchased my first Apple watch in January, 2024 (Series 9 - 45 mm). I only wear it during the day and charge it every night. I have always worn a Fitbit in the past with no issues. Within a couple of weeks, I started noticing pain in my elbow, that has gradually gotten worse - never thought about it being the watch. I was sick for a few days and while I wasn't wearing the watch, the pain subsided. When I returned to work on Monday, I put the watch on and within 3 hours, the pain was back. Called Apple and they have never heard of this problem, although I am finding results of others with a quick google search. Because I purchased the watch at BestBuy, Apple says there is nothing that they can do. Has anyone else experienced this arm pain? Suggestions for a remedy - I really hate to not be able to wear a $400.00 watch.

Consult your primary care physician so that they can properly diagnose your condition. Asking anonymous users on the internet to diagnose a medical condition is an effort in futility. There are 3 billion medical opinions on the internet.
