Error trying to boot from Windows boot flash drive.

I am trying to repurpose my late 2018 Mac Mini with 128gb SSD. I am trying to install Windows 10 on a single partition so I can use it to drive my 3D printer using my existing windows programs. That will free up an existing dual boot 2017 iMac with bootcamp that I want to use for iPhone app development. I tried to install bootcamp, but it doesn't allow it. My guess is there is not enough room on the 128gb SSD for both IOS and Windows.

I have a bootable Windows installer flash drive that is bootable on a PC but when I try to use it to boot the mini, it says, "unable to verify startup disk".

Is there a way around this?
