When selecting Live Photos to save as a video I am getting the error message ‘Unable to save: Cannot Decode’ can anyone help solve? I’ve never had an issue saving Live photos as a video.

The save as video option is available but when I select it to do so is when I get the decode message. It allows me to select a few photos and save as video but when I attempt to select all the ones I want it give me that message.
Did you find a solution? Been struggling with the same problem
No unfortunately no fix yet and ran into another similar issue as well more recently.
