No profiles to delete but still getting same nba.net and certificate error message www.turner.com

Same issue here with the NBA Turner certificate. There is no profile to delete per the instructions above. I was subscribed to a Los Angeles Lakers calendar on my Calendar app. I just deleted that per a hint in another forum. Hopefully this will get rid of the recurring error message.
