Apple Music app for PC doesn't allow me to edit playlist order

Hi all--

iTunes for Windows (Windows Store version) finally forced my to download the Music, TV, and Devices suite. My library--songs, movies, playlists, etc.--appears to have properly transferred over to the new apps, and my content still syncs in Devices as it did previously in iTunes.

The problem I am having is that when I try to edit the order of songs in my playlists in Music, the app doesn't allow me to make any edits. Whether I am in playlist view or in song view, whenever I drag and drop a song to a new location in the list, the song stays its previous position in the list. When I'm in playlist view, the dragging animations appear to working--i.e., when I click and drag, the song appears to move locations as the songs around my cursor accommodate the movement--but when I release to button to drop the song in the desired location, everything goes back to where it was previously.

I have tried everything suggested on the online Music help page, but nothing seems to work.

Thanks!

Windows, Windows 10 (19045)

View As > Songs

Sort By > Physical Order

View As > Playlist

Oh wow... I've tried the Apple Music app for Windows several times and concluded it was rubbish, but I just noticed that not only can you not change the sort order when in Playlist view, but you cannot manually adjust the Play Order (stupidly renamed Physical Order) when viewing the same list in the Songs view. I.e. you actually need to switch between both views to effect changes. Absolutely daft. Honestly, just uninstall Apple Music and get iTunes working again.
