Apple TV+ bad resolution on Windows Browsers.

Really bad resolution on Win browsers. I don't see an option to choose the resolution type: 4k, 2160p, 1080p etc. On Windows browser, streaming is run on 480 or 720 max. Video quality is really bad. shows are great but can't enjoy them due to quality..

I have been searching for information on settings, and I ran into this: Note: YouTube relies on VP9 for distribution and playback of 4K videos. VP9 is the industry-leading open-source code. Using VP9 results in less buffering, faster startup, and higher video quality.
