When I click the more controls button i only get playback speed as an option and not languages and subtiltels. Why?

I am trying to change the language on the movie Coraline from norwegian to original audio but iam not able to, when I click on the more controls button I only get playback speed as an option and not languages and subtiltles even though Apple said there would be many different options. Why is that? Please answer if you know how to fix my problem
