IOS 17.3.1 update top speaker stopped functioning

the top speaker for my iphone 13 stopped working. I don’t really remember when I updated but not to long ago. Probably like two days ago. I’ve tried to see if it was just when on call. But it is as a whole I can’t use the top speaker. I have to take calls on speaker. So if I’m at work I can’t take the call private anymore and I know it was working just fine before the update. There are no blockages it is perfectly clean. So I’m just curious if anyone else if having this issue or if I just need the speaker fixed.
