Retrieving deleted voicemails

Do I need to install/add something to enable me to see a full list of deleted voicemails so I can undelete? My phone is iPhone 12

Base off your description you're not using visual voicemail, contact your phone carrier and ask them how to recover it, as voicemail is their feature.
