Update is required to use cellular data on my iPhone

When I go to settings and click on cellular data, it shows as error and when I go to click on it, it says an update is required to use cellular data on this phone but I have updated everything and reset my Internet connections ,shut the phone off, reset the phone, put it on airplane mode, went to the carrier and they reset my eSim card, got on the phone with geek squad and nothing
