imovie export file too small

So after working on an imovie project, I went to exporting and it was indicated that the final video would be 25gb. After exporting, the final video was only 3gb. What brings this great difference?

Hi,

iMovie compressed the movie at a higher compression rate and/or lower bitrate than the source clips that you imported. Your export settings can affect the size. For example, you can increase the export size by chosing Better compression and increasing the bitrate.

You don’t need to do anything if the quality of your present exported movie is satisfacory to you.
