Cannot use Apple TV+ even though I already subscribed

Happily watched "Masters of the Air"last week but when I try to watch this week I get a screen which includes the wording "Get total access to Apple TV+ ... Link to Accept Free Trial 7 days free... Can't seem to open Apple tv. Clicked on link and it then tells me I already have Apple TV but I can't start to watch as I did last week. What to do? I am going round in circles
