Issue with WhatsApp call logs on iPhone

After recieving or making whatsapp calls, whatsapp call logs are showing some inappropriate text under contact name.

why is it happening ??

WhatsApp calls disappearing from iPhone call log I don’t understand. I bought a new iPhone and suddenly I’m having all these issues. My WhatsApp calls are disappearing from my iPhone call history.
