Blocked call list
I want to delete my blocked calls list. I do not want to unblock them. There’s 100’s. PLEASE. DELETE NOT UNBLOCK

The phone has to "know" what numbers it should block. How do you expect to do that if you remove the list? If you delete the list, you will unblock them. That's how it works. The list takes up negligible space on your phone.
If you want call blocking that is not on your phone, contact your carrier. Generally, though, they charge for blocking more than a few numbers.
