Apple Pencil gen 2 broken

I can’t use my Apple Pencil anymore and it looks like it is damaged inside. This is less than a year old, can I get a replacement or get it fixed?

Why does my Apple Pencil 2nd Gen keep dying? Anybody else have the issue with your apple pencil specifically the 2nd gen model accidentally letting it fully die or take a break from using it and boom your down another 130ish bucks...im on my 2nd pencil with the same exact issue and because it just so happens to bw out of warrenty ill have to pay to have it replaced or fixed i swear the apple pencils were designed to fail....i just want a replacement thats it it dont even have to be a brand new one but nope smh im annoyed [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Apple Pencil 2 Replacement Hi. my pencil 2 is not working without any reasons. I just stopped using 3 days and it happened. How can I get replacement?

You would be best advised to visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) - where the technicians will be able to assess your Pencil:
