iPhone Not Getting Android Texts

Suddenly getting "Not Delivered" errors unable to send or receive txt messages to/from android phones.

iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 17

iPhone 14 plus is not receiving android text messages even when it did before?. I can send text messages to android users but my iPhone 14 plus is not receiving texts back. I have tried everything and even contacted my carrier and they can't figure it out. We tried all the troubleshooting tips I found online and then some. This only started happening on Friday 11/25 around 10 am. Before that, it all worked fine. Does anyone else have this issue or has figured out a fix?

SMS is a carrier feature. You'll need to start by contacting your carrier.

That fixed problem. Carrier had to reset the SMS server side of my phone number.
