There is no 120hz function. macbook pro m3. Is that the case with everyone?

According this article, only 14" & 16" MacBook Pros with Apple Silicon M-series CPUs have access to "Pro Motion" refresh rate setting to provide an adaptive refresh rate of 120Hz.
