how do u delete the whole account bc i’m not even using that i want all members deleted so how i go about deleting the child under 13 to bc it’s messing with my phone

A child under 13 cannot have an Apple ID unless they belong to a Family Sharing plan. That is why there is only the option to move them to another Family Sharing plan and not remove them. You can delete their Apple ID all together. This will delete all data that was associated with that Apple ID and it will no longer be usable. After that is done you would be able to disband Family Sharing by using the Leave Family Sharing link.

Here is the Support Article with the details about deleting the Apple ID. It includes the ramifications of doing it and the links to request deletion.

The article also states: If you are the organizer of your family, you can delete your child’s Apple ID when you request deletion of your account. Your child can also request deletion of their Apple ID, which requires your approval.

The approval request will be sent via email to the primary Apple ID email address of your family organizer account. When approving the request from this email, you will go through the process of deleting the child account.
