Cellular data issues after enabling eSim with physical SIM

Hello,


I have iPhone 15 pro max working normally with SIM card and the data is fine but after adding eSIM and enabling it I started facing issues on data, when using WhatsApp or other apps it keep loading then the 4G/5G signal disapper and back again. Is it because now the mobile working with two different carriers?
