How can I update my iCloud payment method?
I pay .99 a month for pics to go in cloud . I had auto pay but had fraud so closed that card so how do I change to a new card .?

You will want to add a new payment method and then delete the old one. Go to Settings > Apple ID (Located at the top with your account name) > Payment & Shipping > Add Payment Method - from there you can add your new card details and re-order them if you have multiple payment methods. The card which is at the top of the list is your default payment method. See Add a payment method to your Apple ID.
