You can setup an Automatino in the Shortcuts app as follows.

Open the Shortcuts app ➡️ Automation (Bottom Center) ➡️ Plus Sign (+ at Top Right) ➡️ Time of Day ➡️ Set Time for 5:45AM ➡️ Choose Daily, Weekly or Monthly ➡️ Choose Run Immediately and Choose Notify When Run ➡️ Next ➡️ Send Message ➡️ Send “Input your desired message between the quotation marks” ➡️ Recipient (Enter recipient(s) name(s) ➡️ Done.


Nore that the above sets the routine up to repeat either Daily, Weekly or Monthly. Be sure to disable this automation once you have sent the schedule message(s).
