how to change WordArt text aspect ratio in Word

Despite many suggestions on the web, I cannot find any valid suggestions about how to change the aspect ratio for text created in WordArt in Word for Mac. (I'm running version 16.788.3.) The suggestions refer to a "Size" tab to do that but I cannot find such a tab in my version of Word. I would simply like to load in text into WordArt and then extend the font slightly.
