Can I remove my Apple ID from my stolen iPhone

My phone was stolen 3 days ago and find my phone is kept telling me different location but it’s the same area and it kept saying today at 12:33am I am really not sure what’s going and my phone was iPhone 15 pro max I wanted to ask you is that shall I remove my Apple idea from my iPhone 15 pro max?.

It is out of warranty, had wifi access only but had my apps/passwords etc. It was passcode and Face ID protected, no cell service. No FindMy activated, cannot lock/erase it. iPhone Stolen, erased but still showing location. The iPhone was stolen and immediately upon noticing this it was erased from Find My. However, it can still be tracked and its location has changed from London to where it was stolen to China. I am assuming that after wiping it, it connects to Apple as that Apple ID still? How safe is this Apple ID on that stolen phone and should it be removed from my devices so I cannot see it and can the thief ever use that phone? What is the best course of action now? Advice appreciated.

Stolen iPhone My iPhone got stolen recently and I have tried putting it on lost mode which will be active once the phone has an internet connection, If I plan on getting a new iPhone, is it recommended that I make a new apple id and use it or can I continue with my old Apple id. I'd prefer using my old Apple id, is there any way to disconnect my stolen phone from my Apple id? I have however gotten a duplicate sim card with the same number so all messages and OTPs come to me.

No, do not remove your iPhone from your Apple ID, that disables lost mode and gives the thief full access to your phone.
