Wireless Printer disappeared on iMac after changing providers

Additional information would be needed:

• Which exact printer make and model?
• The macOS version?
• The iMac year/model?
• Is the iMac connected to the same Wi-Fi router as the printer?
• Router model?

Please do not post any serial numbers, access codes, or other personal data.

In spite of non-intuitive labeling, this forum section is for pre-2006 iMacs. Is yours that old??

You would need to change your printer's IP address which fits your new ISP router.
