I transferd photos to icloud but still dont have storage. Why?
I moved my photos and videos to icloud, it’s around 30gb and my phone storage is less not more. Can some one help or explain why?

Anything in iCloud is also on your device. You may be able to gain space by optimizing your photos (settings > photos). This keeps originals in iCloud and reduced-size photos on device.
