Voice to text not working since update spinning blue circle. Siri works, mics are clear & restarted.

Question

My iPhone voice text stopped working since update and restarting doesn’t solve issue. Everything in settings is correct.

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 17

Turn on Dictation

Go to Settings > General > Keyboard. Turn on Enable Dictation.

Dictation is enabled and was already on when it stopped working. I just updated to iOS 17.3.1 and now it’s working again.

Same here and its March 1st, I have a iPhone 12Pro with iOS 17.3.1 and voice to text doesn't work. I have tried all options possible.
