And what did you phone carrier say when you contacted since you pay them a monthly service to use SMS and MMS?

Doesn't matter same phone, same carrier, same ios, different phone, different carrier, different ios. MMS and SMS is phone carrier feature.

IF your phone carrier can't help you with their product MMS, then switch over to a different phone carrier, this isn't an Apple, ios or iphone issue.
