I am with a team that has a few dozen apps. I respond to feedback for a large portion of them. Several of our team members cannot see any apps after logging in. Not sure where they went or how to get them back. So, between us we have multiple different devices, browsers, and this appears to be an outage issue, not a cookies/turn it off turn it on to fix kind of issue.

Here's what you can try:

1. Refresh or Re-login:

   - First off, try refreshing your TestFlight page. Sometimes a simple refresh can resolve display issues. If that doesn't work, try logging out and back into App Store Connect to see if the app reappears.

2. Check Builds:

   - Ensure that the update you uploaded has processed successfully. Sometimes, a delay in processing can temporarily hide your app from TestFlight. Check the build status in App Store Connect.

3. App Status:

   - Verify the status of your app in App Store Connect. If there are any issues with the app review process or metadata, it might impact the visibility of your app on TestFlight.

4. Permissions:

   - Make sure that the user account you are using to access TestFlight has the necessary permissions to view and manage the app. Check your account settings to confirm the level of access.

5. Contact Support:

   - If the issue persists, consider reaching out to App Store Connect support. They can investigate the issue further and provide you with specific guidance based on your app's status.

6. Check Version Release:

   - Ensure that the version of the app you uploaded to TestFlight matches the version you expect to see. Sometimes, accidentally uploading the wrong version can lead to the app not appearing as expected.

7. Testing Group:

   - Confirm that your app is still associated with the correct testing group in TestFlight. Ensuring proper group settings can prevent visibility issues.
