We are on our 2nd IPhone 15 due to bad charging port Brand new phones.
This is a user-to-user forum. Only Apple would know what the exact problem is. What I can see from the forums is there are not unusual numbers of posts with charging port issues for any of the iPhon 15 models. I have a 15 Pro and it's great. Got it on Launch Day and it has worked perfectly.

I don’t see many on the topic either. My iPhone is a 15 pro and have no issues. My daughter is the one having issues with her iPhone 15 Had Geek Squad look at it and everything, they agreed it was the port On her second 15 and same problem after less then 2 weeks of second phone
Thank you. I was hoping it wasn’t just us having the issue. Waiting to receive a replacement 14 plus Thankfully we have insurance
