Everytime I turn my AVP on, it pops up a message that it needs to restart. It then restarts itself and then the message pops up again. It's just a constant loop. I've tried everything I can think of, but nothing has worked.

Apple Vision Pro is a VERY new platform. Things like this are bound to happen. Would you mind describing the pop up in as much detail as possible? Let’s try to fix this issue or report it to Apple to get it fixed as soon as possible.
Let’s try a force restart.
Hold down the Digital Crown and the Top Button until the display turns completely off. You should see the Apple Logo on the front of the AVP where others would be able to see your eyes.
Since it’s still very new, that’s all I have to say to help this issue. I would recommend reaching out to Apple Support about the issue. Mention that you came from here and that you’ve already tried a force restart. You can also just return it here. https://secure6.store.apple.com/shop/order/list

Tried that, and that's also what the device keeps doing itself :/
Locate the battery and follow the charging cord to the connector on the Audio Strap. You should see two dots: one filled in and one not filled in. You are going to turn the connector in the direction of the dot that is not filled in and pull it out.
The image below shows how to connect it. You will turn it in the opposite way.
Hello, thank you for replying. I turn on AVP and immediately a box pops up and says "Device needs to restart. Screen will go black in 30 seconds." The device then restarts itself. Then the same box pops up again and restarts again over and over.
Could you list all of the things you've tried thus far?
(Things like taking out the battery, force restarting etc)
Force restart a bunch. I just let it restart itself until the battery died. It was unplugged over night. I'm not sure what you mean by take the battery out.
Apologies. I assumed you already did this.
I have done this many times as well.
