Unable to add card on iPhone 15
I have tried contacting my card holder, changing my password on credit card site and where it says Add to Wallet my previous card shows up but when I go to add it to my Wallet it says Card Not Added,

On god i have the exact problem saying (Card not added-Contact your card issuer for more information )
My bank says there's nothing wrong from there side so am stuck in the middle , basically they be pointing fingers to each other. By the time am just trying adding the every now and then to maybe someday it get fix by itself.
If you’ve confirmed the above, please update your iPhone to the latest iOS, 17.3 or higher. Older iPhones may only support 15.7.5, but Apple Pay will function.

Once updated, please do a forced restart of your iPhone.
