Apple Watch try to unlock itself

Hi,

I am having an issue with my Apple Watch Series 7. It usually tries to unlock itself until it's on lockdown mode, and I do not touch it.

It happens even after I update the latest watchOS.

The worst happens when it requires me to reset the watch and re-pair it with my phone.

I don't know if it is hacked or if there is an external cause.

If anyone has the same problem or knows the solution, please help me with this.
