MacBook stuck at language chooser black screen with cursor loading.

i need help please, I have tried the various troubleshooting methods available online but none of them seems to be working.

My MacBook Air is unresponsive on the right side The right hand side of my MacBook Air (2020) doesn’t respond to any commands. This includes opening folders or when on any intern browser. For a browser if I move it a more central position of the screen it works (as in I can use my touch trackpad etc). I can access folders from the apple symbol on the top left but anything on the right doesn’t work. I restarted the computer several times but no luck. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

MacBook Air M2 black screen with cursor This morning everything worked well, and now the computer starts up on a black screen (no cursor). I know its turned on because I can hear the chime and the keyboard lighting up. I tried connecting it to an external screen and it also shows a black screen but with the cursor visible. I tried holding the power button to start Mac OS recovery and nothing happens. the Mac is on Sonoma. Additionally, every time I press the space bar this assistance voice starts talking saying "selection, menu, language...". I tried "command f1" to mirror the screen to the external display and nothing happens, all I can see is a black screen and a cursor.
