How to turn off hdr in the IPhone 15 Pro. When I look to the screen everything look nice, but in the moment I take a selfies it changes colours, making it looks like ****** Android photo. The selfies are terrible in new phone, whereas even my old IPhone 7 Plus took the photo better

In settings go to Camera, Formats, scroll down to ProRes Encoding and select from the 3 options (HDR, SDR, and Log). Although that is technically for the video capture. Maybe look at what Photographic Styles is set to as well as adjusting the other settings available too.
You would need to submit feedback if you want Apple to actually see your message. They do not monitor this user to user forum for that kind of thing unfortunately. I personally don’t have the issues so many seem to be complaining about so I really can’t guide you any further. Also can’t say why I haven’t had the issues others are seeing (especially some of the photos shared in other threads where they look like they are super zoomed in…can’t duplicate that on any of our series 15s in my household other than doing just that…super zooming in. But that’s a bit off topic for what you’re describing). All I can suggest is submitting the feedback and if you have an Apple Store in your area going there to show them the issues you are seeing and trying to see if there is anything that can be done, if there is defect in your device, or if you have to wait until an update can address it.

Dear apple please know that selfies on 15 Pro is terrible and fix it. Very disappointed that I replaced my old IPhone with 15 Pro. Just wasted 1400 euro
